I’m passionate about helping Individuals thrive through personal development, well-being mentoring, and transition mentoring. I empower individuals to achieve their goals, unlock their potential, and confidently navigate life’s transitions.

A key part of my work is delivering engaging Race and Culture Awareness workshops in primary schools. These sessions encourage meaningful conversations around diversity and inclusion, fostering empathy and respect from an early age.

With over 20 years of practical experience and professional training in coaching, mentoring, and diversity and inclusion, I bring a thoughtful and adaptable approach to supporting others. My career has taken me across various industries, including 12 years of service in the Royal Air Force, where I developed strong leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

I’ve had the privilege of mentoring people from all walks of life. As a volunteer Wellbeing Mentor with a local charity, I guide young people and adults toward greater self-awareness and resilience. I also serve as a Transition Mentor for an Armed Forces Charity, helping veterans and members of the armed forces community find clarity and direction during life changes.

My mentoring approach is rooted in empathy and tailored support. I understand that every individual is unique, which is why I provide thoughtful guidance based on your specific needs and goals.
